The project lifecycle
Project Development Initiation
On-site investigations: existing facilities, environment, tie-in locations, connections, existing documentation and the asset development plan.
Design
Construction execution plan: detailed construction procedure, review of FEED, DED and ATC, QA/QC and HSE, and detailed project schedule.
Procurement
Receive and review all company-issued materials, with material storage and preservation.
Execution
Construction and civil works, mechanical, instrumentation and control, electrical, welding, fabrication and erection, and equipment and material installation.
Commissioning
Installation completion, inspection and testing, and start-up and performance test.
Post-Commissioning Handover
As-built drawings, training, operations and maintenance, and site demobilization.
